inadequate upkeep and inconsistent service
slow elevators unattentive staff
The facilities felt dated, which affected my overall enjoyment. the elevators were particularly SLOW, often requiring long waits. Breakfast offered little variety, and some items seemed to lack proper temperature control. i also found the staff less attentive than anticipated. They seemed somewhat indifferent to requests.

convenient location free ice cream complimentary water
The location is near the skytrain station. This made traveling simple. restaurants are also close by. the room included complimentary water every day, i thought that was a nice addition. they gave me a coupon for free ice cream soda when i chose not to change the sheets.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited for me.

good location king size bed helpful planner old machines noisy air conditioning towel delay
the location was excellent. it was very easy to get around using the bts and metro. the room had a large king size bed, which i liked. the woman planning vacations in the lobby helped me a lot.
the gym had very old machines. the air conditioning was too noisy, even at the lowest setting. i also had to wait twenty minutes to get a pool towel at 8am.

room humidity poor food quality
My visit had some drawbacks. The room reeked of humidity. It bothered me. The air conditioning was loud. Breakfast offered variety. The food quality was lacking. I expected better.

The room was spacious! Daily housekeeping kept everything clean and stocked all amenities. Breakfast provided a fantastic variety of options.
